注释和参考文献的区别在于作用和形式略有不同。
1、注释（footnote或endnote）是对某个词语、句子、段落或全文中出现的某个观点、事实、数据等的解释、补充或引证说明。
注释可以在文章底部（footnote）或者文章结尾（endnote）处。
